By far our favorite e-bike brand - we stock every model they carry in our shop at all times.  2 year warranties, over 4k dealers across the US, quality components, they keep innovating , and have excellent after sales support!

Our second favorite e-bike brand - they have 2 models we love and keep stocked in our shop - the Big Sur and Santa Monica!  Same 2 year warranty, large dealer network, quality components, and excellent after sales support!

We are a dealer and a certified service center, they have good customer support and for a budget friendly e-bike it’s not a bad choice.  However they use lower end components and this brand is in the shop most often for warranty and repair work.

We love their bikes but this company went out of business a year or so ago - it’s rumored another brand bought them so let’s see what happens next!  We are still a certified service center for their brand…

One of the few mostly US produced e-bike brands, we love the customization ability with their bikes - but they declared bankruptcy and are no longer in business…parts are very hard to find!

One of the first major brands to market, they have lots of retail shops - but we’ve found the components, quality, and innovation haven’t kept up with other brands and their prices have remained high.

This brand is getting more prevalent because of their social media marketing efforts, but hasn’t been around long enough to really prove their innovation and support.  The components  are lower end and the controllers and electric components aren’t as bulletproof as we’d like….there is also a lack of dealer support.

As we all know there are a plethora of e-bike brands available on Amazon.  We’ve worked on almost all of them - and while they are fun for the first couple months, once they have an issue, which they will - good luck finding parts or getting any type of service from the original seller :( - avoid these brands if possible!

This brand is gaining popularity due to marketing efforts, but still hasn’t been around long enough to determine future viability.  Feedback we have gotten from customers so far is that they have controller and battery issues that have taken several warranty claims to fix.
